The history of Madame Nhu
Madame Nhu has been pioneering modern Vietnamese street food in Sydney since 2007. They were first to introduce modern "summer rolls" and among the first to bring Vietnamese street food to mainstream consumers.
In hospitality terms, 10 years is a long time. Restaurants and food trends come and go. Yet Madame Nhu eateries have remain as popular as ever thanks to the quality and innovation of their foods, and their loyal customer base.
What reviewers say
The style of Madame Nhu eateries have been called "next-gen Vietnamese" by the Sydney Morning Herald, while their food has variously been described as "Suave, sophisticated" (Good Food Guide under 30), "legendary" (Urbanlist), "super duper" (TwoThousand) and "tasty and authentic" (Daily Telegraph).
